Jewellery returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Print-on-demand clothing and home decor item returns and exchanges are not offered but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Your 14-day right to a refund starts on the day your item arrives. Once you have notified us you will have 14 days to return the product to us.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
